This needs to be built. It is a proposal from a Russian developer Lord Sauron.

I’ll definetely be proud and happy for other burough besides Manhattan to build an enormous skyscraper!
Needless to say/write, this is one mighty and beautiful tower! And it’s in the right spot in Brooklyn! ^^

Yeah I’m curious… will they require extra cranes to hoist the eye of Sauron into place once 80 south is nearing conpletion?
no it will simple appear. or so they will tell us. in reality it will be a government mind probe.
