Which is insane as 1 Vandy, if anybody has seen it from afar or upclose, is already massive enough and it looks like it hasn’t eaten in months compard to big boy 270 Park.

Its a shame the LES towers didn’t manifest on a side note around the cherry street area. Would of really made the lower east side dominate from this perspective.

I did the research earlier, 270 Park is more than 800,000 square ft compared to One Vandy. That’s truly insane, but expected in modern architecture
