Just a wild guess, but if you look really hard between Downtown and 9 DeKalb, but I swear I’m looking at the tops of the Verrazzano Bridge towers.
Edit: Re the Connecticut pic…almost 40 miles away as the proverbial crow flies.
That would be cool for it to be visible, but the bridge itself is too far away to be seen from where I was. After reviewing the image again, I think it’s either the the two tops of the sail boats, or the bridge towers of the Whitestone Bridge
Nearly the same spot at night…”conveniently” not long after they stopped the Tribute in Lights test. By the way, when you see 270 Park’s new lighting from here it’s as bright as the Empire State Building’s lighting…specifically with the naked eye

I presume that’s from around 20,000 feet high. Here’s a fact, the Tribute in Lights cannot be seen from space or the International Space Station. The ISS recently posted aerials of NYC on 9/11 and you can’t even see the blue lighting
