The eventual completion of the two buildings an 11 ½ story building with 131 units and a 2 ½ story 24 unit building bordering a landscaped courtyard with a labyrinth and small pocket park would comprise a total of 255 units of housing in the Metro-Green development.
The development is a partnership between Malkin Properties and Jonathan Rose Companies LLC, a prominent “green” real estate development, planning, and consulting investment firm who have already completed two 50 unit residential buildings in the complex.
Ultimately, the plans also call for a 17-story office building called Metro Tower.
