This development is just outside of downtown. Or rather, this development, along with another similar one across the street, are expanding the borders of what can be considered “downtown”. It’s also right across the road from Dorothea Dix, our 300+ acre park.

These are now finished and leasing
One of the best parts about them is that they are right across the street from Raleigh’s 300-acre downtown park. Dorothea Dix Park used to be a mental health hospital but was bought by the city and is being converted to an urban park
