PHILADELPHIA | Broad & Lombard | 552 FT | 44 FLOORS

Rumored to go public in 2-3 months

So we play the guessing game for the next couple of months? I don’t know development spots in philly all that well.

Some said 20th and Chestnut, I say possibly that parking lot to the north of City Hall

I think it is going to be one of the few remaining surface west of Market, probably 20th and Chestnut, but I am hoping for University City or North of the Vine.

The momentum these days is in and around Rittenhouse and in U City. I am hoping for a 500 foot tower around 24th & Walnut, or right on the Schuylkill River Trail - effectively bridging the two hot spots.

The site for Mandeville Place would be perfect for a 500 footer

Here is the site, just south of Symphony House

I used to live near here. That school building on the left is such an eyesore of the area. Literally anything would be an improvement. But I’m so glad to see the Virgin plan will preserve the old Dept. of Health building; it’s an under-appreciated gem.

I think that Dept of Health building is landmarked.

I think you’re correct.

I’m liking this design a lot better! More wise to bring another 500 foot tower to the skyline!

It’s nice and definitely needed height and density for Philly
