This corner needs a tower, it always has.
This 8s becom8ng the Billionaire’s Row of Philadelphia. There are three towers above 500 feet proposed or under construction here, it’s going to be insane when they are all completed
They’ll be blocking each other’s view. Maybe they will position the core to compensate.
