1,200 ft!?!?
Woooh, that’s good. Doesn’t look bad either. And being on top of transit I’m sure it will sell out as tenants are really seeing that as a one of the biggest benefits you can get these days.

I severely believe all of these buildings are placeholders. Same thing with Schuylkill Yards…compare the 2016 renderings with the current three towers revealed now

Years ago they had a master plan exhibit at 30th St station. They showed a lot of towers in this area but south of the post office took off instead.

Thats a Schuylkill Yards building, not a part of this project. Though documents state Schuylkill Yards is phase one of this whole redevelopment

Highly unlikely. All of those proposed buildings will definitely all be redesigned and reduced, like Schuylkill Yards
for Philadelphia “Sky High Tower” 1300 feet
Spealing of this, and Philly in general, if this ends up 1,200 + it could be a race between Philly and Austin for the tallest building outside of NYC and Chi
