Been forgetting to create this thread. The building will stand 12 floors tall and hold 375 residential units, as well as 78 parking spaces and 184 bike spaces. The building will also feature retail and office space, helping create a new “fifteen minute neighborhood” in South Philly. I’m excited for this one!

Yes! The Broad and Washington area here is going to rival Northern Liberties’ Piazza Area developments as the biggest in the city! Washington Avenue as so many proposals, the street is going to be one of the city’s greatest in the coming years.
