beautiful design :slightly_smiling_face:

This would also be a nice project for other European cities (Frankfurt or Paris) because you could build it taller there.

I don’t know about Frankfurt but this could only go up in La Defense in Paris.

We have a few topics about Frankfurt in the forum.

Latest article seems to suggest if it gets built, height will be 175 meters.

From the beginning, Ostrava Towers Complex has had the ambition to become the tallest building in the Czech Republic. The taller, residential tower will reach 177 meters and will offer timeless and high-quality housing. The second, lower tower will be commercial and is expected to include offices, congress halls and a luxury hotel with a wellness center and restaurant. A new promenade with shops and services will be created on the ground floor of both towers, connecting their ground floors into one lively urban space.

A significant part of the preparations is also a new transport concept in the vicinity of the Frýdlant Bridges. According to the proposal, part of the transit traffic will be routed through an underground tunnel, freeing up space on the surface for a new pedestrian boulevard and cycle path. This change will significantly calm traffic in the area and offer residents a safe space to move around. The investor’s next meeting with city experts will take place in January 2026.

Construction begin: 2029
