I would like to add that 740 8th Avenue is also a future observation deck for New York City and is planned to open in 2027.

Renwick Hospitality Group is set to open a new rooftop bar at Hotel Park Ave on April 7.

Golden Child will occupy a 3,000-square-foot space on the 15th floor of the 20-story hotel, and will feature an outdoor terrace and indoor seating areas.

Carnegie Hospitality is set to open a new Carnegie Diner & Cafe location and a rooftop bar at the recently opened Voco Hotel in Times Square.

The restaurant is expected to open Feb. 23 in a 3,200-square-foot space on the second floor of the IHG-owned hotel at 170 W. 48th St. The rooftop bar is set to open in a 2,700-square-foot space on the 33rd floor in mid-March.
