Looks like when the lift is extended it’s probably about 50 feet higher above the roof?

Given that, when it is fully extended, is the total height of 30 Rock now technically about 900 feet?

If an antenna can count towards total height, then this definitely should qualify.

They have a hard time snaking enough cable because of the relatively low ceiling heights.

They’re keeping their current footprint, just refusing an upsizing option

I wonder if they will have their own elevator bank.

baby needs a powerwashing

Zoning approvals for the beacon, the beams attraction and the skylift attraction were approved last month.

The skylift attraction will raise visitors 30’ in the air. on a 12’ diameter platform

I’m not sure this argument holds up, antennas/spires remain constant in their height, they do not change, a fixture that changes height should not count towards total height .

definitely, otherwise we’d have non-stop crazy BMU wars to inflate competing buildings’ height lol
