Line 2 of the ERT rehab project is almost done and scheduled to reopen in August. Immediately following that Line 1 will be closed and undergo a similar process, scheduled to reopen the following year in 2027.
Things like this change the lives of millions of people every year and it’s crazy how easy it is once the idiots in charge just put their signature on a line.

The Borough Hall 4/5 station renovation has been completed. This work was a major structural renovation that restored and repaired critical elements following a roof collapse in 2018 while also making the station fully ADA-compliant and more resilient against flooding.

What does this have to do with B Hall station?
because it’s near City Hall and will be spruced up and ideally will start to look like a nice metro station again

Chambers street station should’ve been the first place for renovations.

I don’t think the fact its by City Hall matters, because if that was the sole reason it’s finally being spruced up, it’d be done ages ago.
It’s about time it’s finally renovated. They need to do Bowery next.
