The Qataris are obviously flush with cash and will want to make a statement, much like Al Smith back in 1931. 790 7th Avenue is a relatively small block because of its Times Square location. A tower of 900,000 square feet could theoretically be VERY tall. Perhaps a world’s tallest. 432 Park Avenue is 412,000 square feet.
