What is the tower in the background of this pic (not 1WTC)?
Is it water street or cherry street or whatever it’s called?

That’s One Middle-of-Nowhere–I mean One Manhattan Square.

^ I mean great but those outfits are pure garbage besides that yellow dress in the back, that one is fine I guess.

^btw should we make a thread for NYC guides, I seem to find a lot of them

^seems Miami has dethroned SF and NYC, good for them I guess. Not exactly the prize you want.

There is no way Empire Station Complex stays only $5 billion
Also how does the Railway signal modernization in Staten Island cost $7.1 billion?

Yeah I’m kind of questioning the Empire Station figure. I presume its only factoring in a specific attribute of that project.

But with some of these forecasts, its to be expected.

All indications though are leading to a strong rebound. A lot in store and if the recent optimism that we’ve seen in 2022 Q1 and the latter half of Q4 2021 is anything to go by, it’ll be a sizable boom. Not on the level of a few years ago but I think sizable.

Hospitality is bound to rebound hard once other lands drop restrictions and prices stabilize. Some acute pain but bound to get better in time. Question is how long. :face_with_diagonal_mouth:

Stumbled upon this view the other day and couldn’t help but think to myself

“This is the city NY was ment to be”

I wish lower Manhattan would have been able to have had another 50-60 years before modernism crept in a we got a view like this, of all classic buildings. That would have been glorious.
