supermoon tonight. I have a nice view from the West of it rising over the Hudson. Nice reflection on the night water. Don’t have a good camera sadly.

That is phase 2 of Liberty Harbor. The link above from apophenic has a rendering of what the area will look like at some point. There’s ongoing work on the last few parcels of phase 1, then presumably phase 2 will start. Even the empty spaces to the left of the photo has approved/proposed projects in the pipeline.

Looks like they’re extending the boardwalk from Detmold.

Any speculation as to when construction will resume here? I’d guess it’ll be one of, if not the first industry to resume.
