Sweet! Is it rising as of now, because I was scrolling through these pictures and the tower appears to be rising a little, so I assume that construction has resumed?

Well, Philly construction resumed a bit and then the mayor ordered them to shut down

I’d assume they’d shut all construction down because it’s so much worse in the NYC area

Idk but somewhere said in one of the threads that they temporarily suspended all NYC construction till late April
