While it’s nothing overly unique, it’s nice to see the boroughs seeing some vertical growth! I just wonder if The Bronx will ever have a skyscraper boom in our lifetimes

It is indeed there. It certainly is a building that is the tallest in Queens.
The backyard or Orchard part does look like a nice amenity, however.
