Jackson Park residents are gonna be filing a lot of noise complaints since this is ascending directly right next door to them, haha. But LIC is growing, that stretch is becoming so densified… its incredible to see. I believe another development adjacent to Jackson Park is also in the works.

Nice. Can’t wait for it to go up. Let’s hope to see more 800 + ft buildings in LIC. And let’s hope that huge ass railyard at least gets partially covered and we can see a ton of residential there.
