Yes, this is the same project. The official address is actually the Orchard Street one, hence the name. The Jackson Avenue address was the one submitted to the FAA for aviation hazard approval.
Great update @baronson. We’ve got a bit of a race going on between this one and 43-30 24th to a topping out. It’s not a race for the tallest, but still pretty exciting.

Thanks, I’m happy with any updates from Queens lol. Understandably the borough takes the back seat when it comes to documenting development since the buildings are pretty mundane. But there’s so much going up right now to capture. Growing a city within a city.
