For me, this is the most beautiful picture of the Empire State Building. It is the cover of a book made especially for the Empire State Building (published in 1931).

The city is opening more observatories in new towers. Tourists now have to choose what not to visit, going to all of them is becoming more expensive.

best ones are top of the roc and summit OV
but tell the tourists to go to ESB and wtc so its not super crowded at the good ones

The ESB OV amazing, but since it also happens to be one of the best buildings in NY, being elsewhere means you can admire it from afar. Still love going to the ESB though.
