Classical architecture never fails to please everyone. Take a look at the two modernist tall condo towers flanking this building to the left/right: they are both done by Star Architectural firms - both fall flat in comparison to this RAM beauty.

The two plain-Jane neighbors serve as the perfect foil to enhance the stand out beauty of this building.

A very nice building. It reminds me of the stone facades of the skyscrapers around 1910.

Even when it was crappy it had pockets of wealth. Go figure!

I’m really focusing on 11th/12th Ave. It was terrible 20 years ago, let alone 30 years ago, and now, it’s beautiful.
