The addition of 80 Flatbush, 625 Fulton, and The Brook should definitely help aid in the density.

I used to work in Brooklyn a few years ago and saw this tower rise from MetroTech. Now the top photo is my view going to my office at my current job. I see the sunrise behind it every morning. I don’t under-appreciate the view for a second.
