NEW YORK | The Brooklyn Grove (10 Nevins St) | 318 FT | 24 FLOORS

this is probably going to be the least attractive building in the current Brooklyn boom.

This looks incomplete. Like a tower half way through the drafting process, and the drafter said f it and proceeded to smoke a bong.

Today. The facade looks great, just the overall shape of the building and blank walls make it awkward.

the facade is unique, but that shape is hard to ignore. seeing that there aren’t any lot line windows, I wonder if there are already plans from another developer?

or they couldn’t get a rent controlled tenant out in each of the buildings

Just a note, there are hardly any rent controlled tenants left in NYC. The vast majority are stabilized.
