This new condo/rental tower is a bit generic looking: the proverbial “glass box” is a fitting pejorative for the Architectural Design.
However, you can get a Free Porsche if you buy one of the select penthouses…

Too bad, I was considering buying one of those PH apartments in order to get that Porsche.. 
I wonder if one of those Penthouse/Porsche deals actually went through to closing. I am going to ‘guess’ NO - just a hunch. If one could afford a multi-million dollar condo: surely they can buy ANY car their heart desires.
Seems a silly gimmick: I would say "keep the car, and knock $140 Thousand off the purchase price of the Penthouse apartment…

This is one of my favorite photos on this thread: it serves as sort of a ‘memento mori” for me…since we are on the subject of Skyline Tower…amazing project, fantastic YIMBY thread..
A few inside-out views from a Pent House apartment in the “Highest Building” in Queens. It may only be the Highest ‘residential’ building - one of the two for sure. 
PS. The grave stones pictured in the previous post are absolutely stunning: each one beautifully sculpted. The one weathered headstone “HOLLYWOOD” is a bit odd - but lovely as well. The magnification feature on that photo is great…

He did not claim that he would (or wanted) deactivate his account: he challenged one of the moderators to deactivate his account. The posts he makes are a great contribution to the public informational commons that is YIMBY - so glad they did not take him up on the challenge.
YIMBY is very much a FREE SPEECH advocate; so don’t worry nobody is getting “deactivated”.
