Was worried about the south side as we haven’t seen it in any of the renderings but pleasantly surprised it’s not just a blank wall.

I like this one but I don’t really like how “visible” the spandrels are. It’s definitely a nice addition though.
You can see the bird frit on the podium portion of the tower.

And I know people who called the W/Element Hotel in Philadelphia tacky, especially with the lighting. Yet this seems awful, a basic 1950’s massing with modern angled glass? WHOOPIE!!
