Does anyone know where there is a rendering from the Vesey St. side?

Thanks. I don’t see anything that matches what we are seeing “on the ground”. I was hoping we would. I’m curious how this is actually going to fit in on that side.

The circular part is the ramp that goes down to parking, but around it many beams and trusses are going up along with concrete pours. You can see the structure starting here along with outlines of the future building
Most of the structure they’ve built is to the north but they have only built up to the public floor so far

Ahhh. Red balloon flower. It disappeared from the plaza in front of 7 World Trade last October and has never returned (despite construction workers telling me it would. They said it was being restored). It was always nice to see.

It depends on whether the PA seizes the church thru the lease and finishes it itself or waits out the corruption delays at the orthodox groups

Slow and steady always wins, IMO.
The WTC has been slow, value engineered ad absurdum, and at times has been totally infuriating. But I truly believe this complex will thrive for decades as is, and survive many overhauls after that.
The PAC seems like it will be very legit and will become a major cultural institution in Lower Manhattan. The design seems super premium as well.

I seriously hope 2 WTC restarts by the time PAC is close to finishing construction, there should be a lot more attention on Lower Manhattan by then
