I do think that power plant building could be reused in a creative way if there so inclined. You know add some bigger windows to the street facade and give it an arched glass roof etc

I’m a major enthusiast for improving our rail infrastructure, but I’m not sure if privatizing is the way to go. I realize the NEC is a profitable route so it might be feasible, but the UK tried privatizing rail in the 70s and it was a disaster.

If they demolish the Hulu Theater (formerly the Paramount Theater) we may be able to greatly improve Penn Station.

The entire area surrounding Penn immediately is a s**thole that smells like piss. The entire area needs something like this to move forward.
