I wonder how leasing is going at this tower? Not the best location but Extell at least managed to build it before all the legal shenanigans pretty much shut down all the other plans - so it seems like there won’t be anything like it for the foreseeable future.
What “legal shenanigans”? Neighborhood NIMBYs complained and sued, but all their suits were struck down. Some of NYC’s biggest builders have development sites here.
At some point, this neighborhood will have a very impressive skyline.
