Interesting thing about this building: the triangular lot shape created the attractive form factor. The whole structure was a simple design that went straight-up from the lot lines; a very simple design solution, efficiently buildable and still looks great. This reminds me of the Flat Iron building on 23rd street in Manhattan.
I like also the interior build-out: particularly the windows. This looks to me like a concrete slab ceiling. Good ceiling heights, and best of all; large ‘punch’ windows. I think punch windows make for a much more ‘comfortable/homey’ feel for apartments - as opposed to full height/width windows.
