Figured that corner wouldn’t last much longer. The Mc Donald’s across the street wouldn’t last much longer I’m sure. Given how bad the traffic has gotten and how packed the trains in Brooklyn are, they’re going to have to improve mass transit.

That mock-up is nice. The color, texture and surface details of the building facade is what wins the architectural beauty contest: way to much emphasis put on the overall form factor of the building. I am ofter surprised when is see the actual building in person; because so much of those finer surface details do not come across well in the architecture renderings and even on-site photography posted on the forums. Very nice facade.
Glad they went with this color, looked pinkish in the early renderings. Took a picture of the site on Friday but it won’t upload for some reason.
