This design is something ‘special’ - particularly in this section of Brooklyn surrounded by mostly nondescript low rise buildings.

What more can an Architectural Design aspire to than simply being something ‘special’ - this one fits the bill.

Reminds me of another Classic by the Pretenders - “nobody else here, I’M special”
