@bmosborne, they are just rough massings though not the actual design for the towers as they have not been designed.

Is that still up to date that a casino is planned on Penn Place 15?
If so, I would have a concept with a fountain behind it would be the latest and most famous skyscrapers as a stone model put on (because original fountain I can not take too big). The complete building height would be around 1200 feet.
I saw the mass diagram of two PABT towers above. I can also say that it would be possible to build the buildings a bit higher. Since I had the same topic in my topic. I am actually still waiting for an answer to my question regarding MSG 5 at Site 2B of the ESC in my Topic.

I like the revision of 175’s facade with lesser columns along the facade. It’s absolutely gorgeous. The new 350 Park Ave isn’t bad either but those double spires were a unique thing for this city on the old version.

I believe at that point that was only an idea that Vornado was weighing its options with, but they’ve not yet decided completely that they will be moving forward with that option.

If only they kept the original 350 Park Ave design but mirrored the main side so there wasn’t that large blank wall and it would’ve been an amazing futuristic-looking icon! The current design - while nice - is more “safe” than anything. Maybe with nice lighting, it’ll stand out. We’ll see how it looks built.

Future Lower Manhattan. Includes massings of 75 Nassau and 111 Washington. The Lower Manhattan base model was NOT made by me, but you will notice the buildings I had made on my NYC file in 2019 are present.
Is there anything I missed?

Unfortunately 45 Broad st. got redesigned to something far shorter and blander.

The redesign of 2 WTC does not really conform to the design of the WTC complex. It’s unfortunate it’s taken 22 years and the site isn’t finished yet. I think that is a true disgrace.

I don’t think 2 WTC would appear taller by roof height than 1 WTC here.
My model is based of the most recent possible design leak
I do also have the other leaked Foster redesign, BIG’s 2 WTC, and Foster’s original diamond top 2 WTC
