Hello I would like to know how can I apply for this apartment? I am looking for two bedroom apartment and I was wondering if you go by budget if you accept programs like cityfeps

Unfortunately that is an old project and this forum does not offer affordable housing opportunities or lotteries. However you can check out NYC Housing Connect website @Claffosse

Couldn’t find a thread for this project, please merge if I missed it.

Project on 2nd Ave between 34th and 33rd.

Blows my mind that people even try to build horrible stuff like in the original proposal. Thank god they changed it, hope they stick to it.

I think this Mulberry Street is in Manhattan and not Brooklyn.

Not sure where this goes but it’s quite tall for Ridgewood, Queens.
