The Sherman Creek Redevelopment plan encompasses multiple lots in the Sherman Creek portion of Inwood, Manhattan. It is currently home to light industry and manufacturing, and is apart of the Inwood Rezoning. The Inwood rezoning is a full rezoning spanning multiple blocks of Inwood, resulting in higher density + more residential units. Here are some of the developments proposed.
