It’s preposterous that Van Cortlandt project doesn’t consist of two or three 25+ floor towers. What an absolutely squandered opportunity. The majority of the north facing units in this development probably can’t even see over the tree line to views of the park.

Reminds me of the lady that complained she couldn’t see a park because a tree was in the way.
