I too am wondering what the setup will actually look like as I doubt the program massings are really anywhere accurate to what the actual massings look like compared to whatever they look like in their current state of design. Wynn has a very “signature” design that they use for all of their designs, so I’m not sure how that will work out in tower form if they do decide to go the route of using their signature design for Site C.

And Encore Boston Harbor which would have had a similar design to the Encore tower in Macau but the design was changed to be the more signature tower design.
And then there is Wynn Dubai which is currently in the works which tries to make the signature design into more of a tower form.
There’s really no way to tell how the design of the resort tower (or any of the buildings for that matter) until we know what the zoning will be for each tower because all the design still have to conform to the current zoning or the rezoning that Related/Wynn are looking into for Phase II. Regardless, if Wynn tries to retain their signature design and overall design of their casino podiums we can expect the overall building to still look out of place with its surroundings. Also until or if a render is ever released, which at this point I’m very surprised one has not been released yet.
An article mentioned that the tower’s design would retain the iconic design and swooping crown feature, but there was no source cited for any part of the article so it may have just been an assumption.
I would personally still like for the design of both the podium and the tower to blend seamlessly with its surroundings while still being an iconic tower like they are wanting, much like I previously mentioned how Crown Sydney is long ago. I wouldn’t know Crown Sydney was a resort/casino but for the logo on the top of the tower, though on a much smaller scale I think it would be best if the tower was somehow integrated with the podium as with Crown Sydney instead of it just being stuck on top of it.
