According to the latest update, they are currently installing framing on the 10th and 11th floors, so topping out should happen some time soon.

According to the latest update, they are currently framing levels 12 through 14.

This is confusing as HSS has said this building is only 12 stories high.
Perhaps the lowest occupiable floor is not the first floor as the building is over the FDR Drive.

Couldn’t get any photos, but the exterior of this building is mostly complete. Except a little patch on the roof there doesn’t seem to be any exterior work to be done. Work also progressed a lot on the boardwalk next to the river.
