This block is heinous on the 47th and 48th Street sides. The filthy tenement next door is disgusting.

Looks like some kind of office building to me.
This tower is lame, but that hideous POS next door must come down.
Hopefully, the rats will chew the wires and cause a fire that ruins the building.
