85 fourth Ave is now, around 10 to 11 floors.
Between this one and 366 Dean Street, they are adding lots of bulk to this section of 4th ave.

Nice. I Kayak the waters in Manhattan too. We should organize a Kayaker/Photographer meet-up: the river edge is a great vantage point for viewing NYC architectural marvels.
There are several great launch spots in LIC and Greenpoint open to public access.

I know a few in Manhattan too; but they are a bit more difficult to gain access if you are not a ‘club’ member of the waterfront boathouses.
