100% - I hope that once every parcel is developed, there will be an effort to do so - also they need to fix the bridge on Carroll st.

If we want this to be historically accurate though, it really needs to be made out of cinder blocks…or a giant cement shoe.

Years ago I had a studio space at Bond and 4th, so the idea of a bridge there is hard for me to imagine. And I’m somewhat partial to dead ends myself. The dead end at Bond was always a popular spot for music videos. Half of all self produced Brooklyn music videos were filmed there.

Ha! I can definitely see that!
The other day, I rode my bike to the site where the new facility will be built. It feels very isolated from everything around it.
If all those lots are developed for residential use, the area will have a completely different atmosphere - in that case the bridge will be handy
