The haziness you see in the background is because the smoke produced by the fire in Prospect Park - you could smell it

Was told the ground floor retail spaces will be a brewerie on the canal and a ceramic studio.
wow another ceramic studio? Must be a lot of people out of work these days tossing pots (and now you’ve got me wondering about etymology & British slang)
Zoom out a bit and you get Other Half Brewing as well. It’s fine by me. I was disappointed when the proposed Six Point flagship location fell through (where the Tesla dealer now is at 3rd and 9th St). Also, losing Pig Beach was a bummer.
