The prefabricated brick panels on the facade was well done: I can not spy a single sloppy mismatch mortar seam. I think the use of the ‘recessed’ linear joints between each large square section around the windows helped to make this facade look like flawless traditional brickwork.

This was not the cutting edge, tetris like building block assembly I was hoping for as seen in the early renderings: but it has come out gorgeous anyway.
