Went for a run on the East River yesterday. Didn’t have a camera, but holy moly… this is already dominating the Brooklyn skyline when viewed from the Manhattan side.

There is good boring and there is bad boring. Morris Adjmi is good boring–conservative, contextual, tasteful.
