Over the past two days it seems like there’s been a partial restoration of the lighting on CPT. The mechanical floors are lit and it seems like part of the crown lighting has been turned on. The first two images were from yesterday and the last three are from today.

It’s pretty bright now. It also looks like they’re starting to test the side that faces the river now. There might be hope after all.

I wonder if this is due to the testing of 270 Park 
Hopefully this is a sign of things to come for the rest of Billionaire’s Row to be lit up!

The one that I think most of us are waiting for is 111 W57th St. CPT had lights before they broke and now they’re turning them back on again coincidentally after 270 started showing off their lights. We never really got to see much of that one before they stopped testing it.

Well, they may be quite uneven, but most of the lights are back on as of tonight, with all four mechanical levels illuminated. What a difference it makes! Hopefully they will take another crack at getting all of the elements to work (especially in the crown) now that the weather is getting warmer.

Nice. Thanks for the actual in-person update. The Hudson-facing side seems to half blown out but they could be restoring it since the rest of the tower is properly lit.
