This building, like 200 Amsterdam, has gotten “emergency” permission to install curtainwall. There is one more floor of crown on the west and north elevations of this tower than there was a few days ago.

Any updates for this tower?
Cladding has risen on some parts of the crown
The bottom photo vantage point of the skyline is perfect: it captures an interesting cross section of architectural variety, and design excellence. There is urban density, but a good balance of ‘buffer’ space between the buildings due to the zoning regulations on set-back requirements, as well a air-right purchases of adjacent building sights.
Regarding the updates on the progress of CPT: they still have not removed that odd patchwork of plastic window film that has apparently ‘fused’ itself to the glass surface due to extended periods of time exposed to the sun. This is a post card picture view of NYC - minus the plastic window film, construction elevators, and scaffolding and cranes.
Also notice how Billionaires Row and 53W53 form this invisible line curving up towards the taller towers
