The massing is plain, but the facade seems incredibly promising.
New york has a very conservative skyscraper culture with lots of rectangles and right angles and I actually think its quite sophisticated

I like this tower a lot, it really dominates and I’m surprised everytime I see pictures of it. The random setbacks help it with not being a bland box
