Another austere, uninspired and shiny rectangular slab. Don’t be fooled by the angular renders and the desperate attempt to create some sort of highlight or selling point with this high-in-the-sky terrace with trendy greenery. That by the way is not even facing south. It’s just sad to have this clean slate and just fill it with whatever comes along with no vision or strive for architectural vanguard and quality.

It’s a very boring design, but I like that they’re inserting vegetation to the tower. I would love to see a skyscraper in NYC covered with greenery
