NEW YORK | 625 Fulton Street (485 Hudson) | 500 FT | 35 FLOORS

942 feet? That’s nice. Downtown Brooklynn is really bulking up.

no, it will be a two-winged development closer to 400-500ft.

Aww…well that’s still okay. It’s still nice to see downtown Brooklyn bulk up.

Speaking of this site. Per NYguy:

We have just begun a new large scale mobile crane project at 625 Fulton Street, a soon to be mixed-use high rise building in Downtown Brooklyn. The 35-story building will house 1,098 apartments and lower level retail and is being developed by Ravsky Group.

We love being a part of Brooklyn’s ever changing skyline!

Yuck but we need the housing stock.

Per NYguy:
This was to be the site of a 900 footer, a companion to BK tower on the skyline. Sadly, it now is not. The Brooklyn Tower still stands proud.

Well this site is a disappointment. The only upside being that because it’s so low it’ll be easy to tear down when they inevitably redevelop this site

New renderings on-site - I don’t know if they look better or worse:

So the new park will be in front of this?

I don’t see a park in their plans. Only a rooftop
