The NIMBYS are going to have thier brains pop out of their head like a SpaceX rocket once they see the massing on this development.

Out of character for the area lol… in other words, if its higher than an oak tree, its a monstrosity for the area.

Does anyone have any updates on this project? I feel like this is a huge project that’s gone dark for some reason. It would be a shame if this doesn’t get built.

That’s on the other side of Flatbush, so nearby but not next door. I have been wondering about that block… clearly someone has big plans for it, and the location on Albee Square puts it right at the center of Downtown Brooklyn’s redevelopment. I’m eagerly awaiting a big reveal.

As for the subject of this thread, there does seem to be continued activity on the site.
